Free Creative Software
Two weeks ago, I
wrote about a few great resources for free art tutorials. A lot of
what these resources have to offer gravitates towards the realm of
digital art, which in turn also gravitated towards the use of
proprietary software (such as Adobe Photoshop) that you would need to
pay a great deal of money for.
But fear not, there
are many free and/or open source alternatives to such creative
software that are usually (for all practical purposes) just as good
if not better than the ones you would have to pay for.
